    Twila’s journey from a BS in International Business from Messiah University to becoming a prominent real estate professional in the Greater Harrisburg Area is a testament to her adaptability and determination. With eight years of experience in customer service and portfolio management in the banking industry before transitioning into real estate, Twila made a successful debut in a challenging market in 2006. Her resilience and strategic approach have since propelled her business forward, culminating in the establishment of the Twila Glenn Group.

    As a dedicated Full time Real Estate Professional, Twila is not only committed to her clients but also to being a role model for children of color and women across various professions. Her business philosophy centers on building strong relationships and fostering a referral-based network, allowing her and her team to balance successful careers with fulfilling family lives.

    Twila’s excellence in her field has been recognized through several nominations, including the Central Business Journal’s Women of Influence and being a finalist for the Conference for Women Leadership in Diversity Award in 2019. As well as her team being honored for Harrisburg Magazine’s Readers’ Choice Best Real Estate Team in 2023 and the prestigious Simply the Best Real Estate Team in 2024.

    In her personal life, Twila and her husband, Ryan, cherish their time with their two children, engaging in activities like traveling, hiking, and biking. They also enjoy tackling remodeling projects together. Twila’s interests extend to weight lifting, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family, showcasing her well-rounded approach to life and work.

    Twila’s commitment to her community extends beyond her professional achievements. She has been actively involved in various local organizations, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact. Her previous roles include serving as a member of Messiah University’s President’s Council, which highlights her continued connection to her alma mater. She has also contributed to the Harristown Board and the Brethren Housing Association, showcasing her involvement in housing and community development.

    Currently, Twila is a Board Member of the Brethren In Christ Foundation, further aligning her efforts with her values and mission. Her active participation in her church, Harrisburg Brethren in Christ, underscores her deep commitment to her faith and community service. These roles demonstrate her leadership and dedication to improving both her professional field and the broader community.
