Twila was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We interviewed three experienced local realtors before we settled on her. She advised us on when to put the house on the market, how to stage it, and how to price it. She promoted it on social media marketing, through the multi list and with personal calls to other realtors. As a result of our partnership, we were able to sell the house within three days of listing it, in what was considered to be a very soft market. We were extremely pleased with her work and recommended her to many of our friends. She is a class act!

Sue and I did a very rigorous analysis of the merits of four different realtors, two of which we knew well. For a number of reasons, we selected Twila's team. While we felt that any of the four could sell our property, we believed that our best opportunity for both a rapid sale and achieving a desirable sale price was with someone relocating to the area. We knew that most out of town buyers do their research on the web, and we wanted the person that was the leader in the use of that medium as our realtor.

The second part of the process is really what enabled us to sell the property as quickly as we did. We told Twila that we want her input on the appearance of the home and how we prepared each and every room, and we agreed the we would follow her recommendations as closely as we could. Most of what she recommended had to do with cleanliness and general appearance, but one recommendation required us to repaint the trim in two rooms. That caused a lot of grumbling and several days of intense work, but we did it. She also had us replace flooring in two bath rooms. In the end, this attention to detail was what caused the quick sale to happen. The house showed extremely well. We were fortunate that there was a buyer that was focused on our neighborhood and wanted to move quickly, but the appearance of the house was the thing that enabled us to get the above average price that we did.

On top of all of the information above, Twila is a good person and a very capable business professional. I highly recommend her and her company.
